We’re always open at the performance venue from two hours before curtain. (From one half hour before curtain time, the phones may not be available due to a high number of walk-up patrons.)
Online Sales
Purchase tickets online until one hour before curtain.
Give the gift of live theatre, and support the arts! Gift certificates can be mailed to you or to your recipient. They can also be picked up at the box office. They cannot be printed at home, but the ID number of the certificate will appear in your order confirmation email, and that ID number may be used for ticket purchases, including online.
In the event of an unforeseen show cancellation, our box office calls all ticket holders to notify and reschedule. We deliver a short, recorded message to you immediately so that there’s no delay in reaching everyone.
The voicemail message at (804) 282-2620 is also updated in the event of a cancellation, so if you don’t have tickets yet, or you suspect we don’t have your current phone, please give us a call.
After hours, a regular greeting means that there is no cancellation notice at the time of your call.
